His career spans architectural design, construction supervision, project management, client representation, design review, technical audit and project governance. His professional exposure includes developments and assignments associated with DAMAC, Azizi Developments, Ras Al Khaimah Government and Royal Family projects, and Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects. At Harrington, Mahmoud leads the company’s technical strategy, engineering audit and independent assurance services, combining consultant, client and developer-side experience to strengthen project governance, technical performance and development quality.

Her professional exposure includes major developments in Egypt, including Hayah City and projects within the New Administrative Capital. At Harrington, Mai supports design, business development, strategic partnerships and regional growth, combining technical, creative and commercial expertise.
